Enrollment at America’s community colleges has been in steady decline since 2011 and although there is national attention garnered from some tuition-free programs, a new way of thinking about enrollment at 2-year colleges is desperately needed. Brad and Thom welcome Julie Marlatt, Dean of Enrollment Management at Parkland College in Illinois and Andre Richburg, executive director of enrollment management at Northampton Community College to assess the state and future of EM at community colleges.
