Communications Specialist

Department: Operations

The Communications Specialist role’s primary focus is the continuous improvement of Capture communications to prospective students. This is leveraged through implementation of processes and procedures to iterate content quality control and analysis, email results analysis, and direct mail quality analysis. The Communications Specialist works with the Manager of Communications Strategy to help plan, create, and schedule the sending of emails, track results, and analyze and iterate communication flows. In addition, this position must be diligent in reducing and eliminating errors.

Partner Success Manager

Department: Advisory Services

The Partner Success Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for strategic consultation within the framework of Capture Higher Ed’s partner services. The Partner Success Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to Capture Behavioral Engagement (CBE) accounts, ensure customer satisfaction as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization. Campaign Project Manager

The Campaign Project Manager has a primary responsibility for creating, managing and maintaining all operational facets related to Capture client campaigns, products and services. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and collaborates closely with senior leadership and the Advisory Services Team, as well as client stakeholders to ensure flawless, on-time, and high impact delivery of service components. The Campaign Project Manager will leverage insights and customer intelligence to execute campaign launch, re-launch, optimization and closeout plans to deliver high results.
