In less than a week, Capture Higher Ed will be in Boston for the 2017 National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) National Conference. This year’s three-day event, which is expecting a record turnout, is Sept. 14-16 at the Boston Convention Center.
We can’t wait to see you there!
The annual conference is an outstanding opportunity for enrollment management professionals to learn about the latest recruiting trends, get in-depth information about new products and technology, find out about emerging practices and — perhaps most importantly — network and compare notes with colleagues and kindred spirits from across the country.
Where will Capture be? Consulting the handy NACAC Exhibit Floor Plan, you will find our booth at 612. Please stop by and visit! Not only can you chat with our charming and informative staff, you may register to win six free months of CBE, our groundbreaking marketing automation technology for higher education. Also, sign up to win some Kentucky bourbon as well as a chance to win a Louisville Slugger baseball bat. Because you can take Capture out of Louisville, Kentucky but you can’t … well, you know the rest.
Hot On the Trail of the Student Decision Journey
This year’s NACAC conference offers a stellar crop of exhibitor presentations, offering in-depth information about specific vendor products and technology. The sessions are typically 45 minutes each and are scheduled throughout the three conference days.
Be sure to catch Capture’s session — “Hot On the Trail of the Student Decision Journey” — on Friday, Sept. 15, at the LEARN Booth in Exhibit Hall C. Join Dr. Thom Golden, Capture’s senior vice president of data science, as he teams up with Capture partner LeAnn Hughes, vice president of enrollment and marketing at Illinois Wesleyan University, to discuss long-held misconceptions about the college selection process. They also will demonstrate how your institution can be equipped to recruit effectively in the “petabyte age.”
The beauty of NACAC is that there are plenty of opportunities to talk in a less formal settings. In fact, on Friday evening (Sept. 15), you can join us for Capture’s Happy Hour from 7–10 p.m. at the City Bar at Westin Boston Waterfront (just steps from the convention center). Let us know you’re coming by RSVPing here.
We hope you are as excited about this year’s NACAC conference as we are. See you in Beantown!
